Terms of participation — prize draw

1. Organiser

The organiser of the prize draw is Dennis Oeder, c/o Oeder Group FZCO, Building A1, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“AMARU”, hereinafter the “Organiser”). The prize draw takes place on the Instagram channel @amaru.tcg.

2. Prize

One (1) sealed “One Piece Card Game OP-17” display will be drawn. The prize is awarded as a prize in kind; a cash payout, exchange or transfer of the prize to other persons is excluded.

3. Participation period

Participation is possible from [PLEASE FILL IN: start date/time] to [PLEASE FILL IN: end date/time] (each in German local time). The receipt of the act of participation on Instagram is decisive for timeliness.

4. Participation and eligibility

The specific steps for participation are stated in the respective prize-draw post (e.g. follow the channel, like and/or comment on the post). In addition, the following applies:

• Eligible to participate are natural persons with a place of residence and shipping address in Germany.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors aged 14 and over may only participate with the express consent of a legal guardian; this must be proven on request.
• A valid, public Instagram account is required. Only one entry per person is permitted; multiple accounts are not allowed.
• The Organiser and persons involved in running the draw are excluded from participation.

5. Determining the winner (draw)

The winner is determined at random from all valid entries after the end of the participation period. The draw is carried out live in an Instagram Story of the @amaru.tcg channel and is thus transparently verifiable.

6. Notification and shipping

The winner will be notified via Instagram (e.g. by direct message) after the draw. Name and shipping address are required to send the prize. If the winning person does not respond with the required details within 7 days of notification, the claim to the prize lapses and a new draw may take place. Shipping is only within Germany and is free of charge for the winning person.

7. Data protection

The data transmitted in the course of handling the prize (in particular name and shipping address) is used exclusively to run the prize draw and to ship the prize, and is deleted after completion unless statutory retention obligations apply. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

8. No connection to Instagram

The prize draw is in no way connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, organised or carried out by Instagram. All questions, comments and complaints regarding the prize draw must be directed exclusively to the Organiser, not to Instagram. Participants release Instagram from all claims.

9. Early termination

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or end the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In the event of a breach of these terms (e.g. manipulation, unfair means), the Organiser may exclude persons from participation.

10. Final provisions

Recourse to the courts is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these terms of participation be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
